MHT-CET 2025 Syllabus and Marking Scheme

Overview
The MHT-CET 2025 will be based on the syllabus prescribed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Maharashtra. Below is the marking scheme and subjects breakdown for the examination:
- Approximately 20% weightage will be given to Std. XI curriculum.
- Approximately 80% weightage will be given to Std. XII curriculum.
- There will be no Negative Marking in the exam.
- The difficulty level for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry will be at par with JEE (Main) exams, and for Biology, it will be at par with NEET.
- The questions will mainly be application-based.
Exam Structure
MHT-CET will consist of 3 question papers of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and each paper will be of 100 marks. Details are as given below :
